SkyNovix is a digital marketplace where creators can sell templates, files, courses, and other digital products, while buyers can discover and purchase them online.

The platform is primarily focused on Ukrainian creators and buyers and is available in both Ukrainian and English. SkyNovix is also being built with international audiences and future expansion in mind.

You create a digital product, add its description, price, and required files, then submit it for publication.

Once approved, your product becomes available on the marketplace. When a buyer places and pays for an order, they automatically receive access to the purchased product.

No. You don't need to build your own online store, set up a digital delivery system, or connect separate payment services yourself.

You can sell on SkyNovix as either a sole proprietor or an individual.

Sole proprietors are responsible for paying their own applicable taxes. SkyNovix transfers earnings after deducting the platform fee.

For individuals, SkyNovix withholds and pays taxes as required by applicable law from the payout amount.

Yes. You can update the product information available for editing, including the description, price, and files, in accordance with the platform's rules.

Once the payment is confirmed, the buyer automatically receives access to the purchased digital product.

Payments are processed through the platform's payment providers. Payment data is handled in accordance with applicable payment security requirements.

Once a sale is completed, information about it appears in your creator dashboard.

Creator payouts are made according to the platform's terms, after deducting the applicable platform fee. Full details about payments and payouts are available in the Terms of Service.

Refund eligibility and the refund process depend on the specific purchase, the platform's rules, and applicable law.

You may not sell illegal content, pirated materials, malware, fraudulent materials, personal data distributed in violation of applicable law, or other products prohibited by the platform's rules or applicable law.

No. You may only sell digital products and materials for which you have the necessary rights, licenses, or other legal authorization to distribute them.
