Conditions for refunds on SkyNovix
Since digital products are delivered instantly after payment, all purchases are considered final once access is granted.
After successful payment and delivery, refunds are not guaranteed. Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
Refunds may be considered if the product does not match its description, the file is corrupted, the product was not delivered, or a technical error occurred.
The buyer must contact support within 3 days of purchase and provide the order ID, description of the issue, and proof if available.
The platform may reject the request, issue a partial refund, or provide a full refund. The seller may be involved in the resolution.
Sellers are responsible for product quality and accuracy. In case of violations, the platform may issue refunds and apply restrictions.
Refunds are not provided if the buyer changed their mind, the product matches the description, or no valid proof is provided.
